This is a blog site for the HNR 360 Role of Science in Environmental Governance course at Syracuse University. After exploring the (im)balance among scientific, political, social and economic views in the context of environmental policy, 11 students are taking the trip to Geneva, Switzerland to participate as observers in the 6th Conference of the Parties of the Minamata Convention on Mercury to see international environmental policy-making in action.
